With Binderly you can integrate Bind ERP with your information systems through our add-ons without the complexity of using the Bind ERP API directly.

Each add-on has functionalities ranging from report generation, information backup to much more complex services such as a CRM.

The add-ons are installed and configured in your company through the Binderly Manager, all changes are automatically synchronized with Bind ERP.

Yeah. An active subscription with Bind ERP is required.

To set up a Bind ERP company in Binderly it is required to use the API KEY of the main user (admin).

Only those users who have these access credentials will be able to register companies and manage subscriptions.

Once the primary user has an active subscription and registered company, they will need to wait a few minutes while the initial sync with Bind ERP takes place.

When the initial synchronization is finished, the installation of add-ons can be carried out.

Yeah. All Binderly users can request add-ons via the Binderly Manager or by clicking request an add-on.

Our integrations team will decide the feasibility and priority of future developments.

Yeah. Subscribers can invite new team members through each company's settings panel.

At the moment, only users who have previously registered with Binderly can be invited.

Yeah. The minimum contract period for Binderly is one calendar month. So if you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time.

The subscription will remain active until the monthly contract term expires.

To cancel, it is necessary to enter the subscription panel of Binderly Manager, which is managed by Stripe.

The data and access to your company will remain inactive for a period of 30 calendar days in which you can reactivate your subscription. Once the grace period is over, the data will be deleted from our data center.

You can download your company information with the backup add-on or through the database connector for backup.
