Platform Limitations

Our platform has limitations that we are working to solve.

Generals
  • Subscription: Binderly requires an active subscription to Bind ERP. In the event that your company's subscription is not active, connections to Bind ERP will not return information and data consistency cannot be guaranteed.
  • Rate Limit: The Bind ERP API has a limit of requests per second. This number of requests can be increased from 5,000 queries every 24 hours to 10,000 queries every 24 hours through a direct request to Bind ERP by mailing to: desarrollo@bind.com.mx.

For most businesses, the amount of daily requests that Bind ERP provides is enough for a basic operation with Binderly.

Eventual Consistency
  • Initial Synchronization: When a company registers with Binderly, it will have to go through an initial synchronization with the general components of your company. Depending on the add-ons you install, it will be essential to add more components to be synchronized (invoices, orders, policies, inventory, etc.), these components may initially take from a couple of minutes to hours to synchronize due to the 'rate limit'.
  • Accounting Policies: Depending on the number of operations that a company has, the accounting policies will be synchronized once or several times a day, so the updated information will depend on the size of the company.
  • Sales Documents: In companies that have a lot of sales (remittances, invoices) it may take time to synchronize their documents (PDF and/or CFDI).
Sales Module
  • Addresses: The Bind ERP API does not provide a mechanism to obtain customer addresses. A customer's primary address can be inferred, but additional addresses cannot be created, modified or retrieved directly from Bind ERP.
Purchasing Module
  • Expenses: The Bind ERP API does not provide a mechanism that allows obtaining the list of expense orders, for the moment this information cannot be provided in Binderly.
