How to register your Bind ERP company in Binderly

Registering your Bind ERP company on Binderly is very simple. To achieve this, you must meet the registration requirements and register your company on the Binderly Manager.

Requirements

The requirements to register your company are as follows:

1- Have the access credentials of the main user of the company, i.e., the user admin.

2- Have the API KEY corresponding to the main user of the company. The following article: How to retrieve your Bind ERP company admin user API key explains how to obtain it.

3- Have an active subscription to Bind ERP.

4- Have an active subscription to Binderly (Starter, Professional, or Business).

Important: It is not possible to register multiple simultaneous subscriptions with the same company number in Binderly.

Basic Registration

1- Log in to Binderly Manager.

2- If you don't have a registered company, your home screen will ask for the API key to register your company. If you have other registered companies, click the Register Company button.

3- On the registration screen, copy and paste the API KEY of the admin user into the field marked as Integration Key.

4- Click the Verify Integration Key button. The process will take a few seconds and display the logo, company name, and the name of the admin user.

5- Click Finish and wait for the confirmation of the process. It usually takes a few seconds.

6- Once the process is complete, you will be redirected to the Binderly Manager home screen, indicating that the company is in its initial synchronization stage.

The initial synchronization takes an average of 3 to 5 minutes and performs all the procedures to connect to Bind ERP automatically and obtain basic company information, such as users, company profile, and general catalogs that you can configure later.

7- After the initial synchronization is complete, the basic configuration of your company on Binderly is finished, and you can install extensions from the Integrations menu or the Binderly Manager home screen.

Configuration of Multiple Users' Keys

Binderly can receive real-time information from Bind ERP. However, the scope of the admin user has its limitations.

If you have multiple users to access your company, such as Administrative Staff, Storekeepers, Cashiers, Accounts Receivable, among others, it is recommended to add the integration keys of each Bind ERP user.

Why is it recommended to register the integration keys of all users?

Imagine the following scenario: Pedro, the owner of the company "Comercializadora Páramo" registered his Bind ERP company in Binderly with the admin user. Pedro generally only checks the company's indicators a few times a day, so Pedro does not perform more operations.

Juan, on the other hand, is part of the administrative team and is creating an invoice for a newly added customer.

Bind ERP notifies about the actions a user takes for each integration key. In simple terms, we will only know in real-time the operations that Pedro performs. While Juan's operations will only be visible in the next scheduled synchronization, which is approximately every hour.

If Juan's integration key (API KEY) had been registered, we could have detected the new customer and the new invoice in real-time.

The same applies to Fernando, who is part of the warehouse, making an inventory adjustment, or Paty from accounts payable who just applied a payment to an invoice.

This is a decision that only Pedro can make, that is, to have real-time information to make the most of Binderly with all its integrations for his team, or to have the same information but with a delay, as he only reviews a few custom reports a few times a day.

If Pedro wishes, he could register at any time all the integration keys of his team through the company's configuration in Binderly.

The steps to register additional keys are similar to the initial registration process, so we need the API KEY of each user to be registered.

The steps to register an additional key are as follows:

1- Enter Binderly Manager.

2- Enter the company's configuration.

3- Select the Integration Keys tab.

4- Click on Register Key.

5- Copy the integration key (API KEY) of the user to be registered.

6- Press Verify and wait a couple of seconds while the account information is obtained.

7- If the account can be registered with the company, the Register button will be enabled, which must be pressed to complete the process.

8- If there are more integration keys to register, repeat steps 4 to 7 until all keys are registered.

Once this process is completed, real-time information about all operations can be obtained and use the benefits of Binderly.

Team Configuration

Currently, Binderly has no limitations on the number of users, so you can invite multiple users to use services associated with a company, such as inventory application, CRM, and custom documents, to name a few examples.

Imagine the following scenario: Pedro in his company "Comercializadora Páramo" has two warehouses, one in Monterrey and another in Mexico City. Each warehouse has at least 4 storekeepers who need to use the mobile inventory application to perform operations.

Storekeepers would not need an account in Bind ERP. Pedro would only have to invite them to be part of his company in Binderly via email, for example: storekeeper01.mty@paramo.mx to storekeeper08.cdmx@paramo.mx.

Once registered in Binderly as part of his team, they can log in to the mobile inventory application that Pedro had installed in his company.

The steps to register team members for a company are similar to the previous process.

The steps to register a team member are as follows:

1- Enter Binderly Manager.

2- Enter the company's configuration.

3- Select the Team tab.

4- Enter the email of the person you want to invite.

5- Click on Send Invitation.

Once the user accepts the invitation via email and completes the individual registration process, they will appear as a team member in the company.
